The Chilliwack School District Accessibility Advisory Committee provides guidance on the development, implementation and review of the District’s Accessibility Plan. The Committee follows the Accessible British Columbia Act and the principle “Nothing About us, without us"; ensures the Chilliwack School District (the “District”) is accessible and welcoming; and helps build an inclusive school system. The goal is to support people with disabilities in their learning and personal growth.

I noticed that more access to transportation is noted in the accessibility plan. How many busses, drivers and routes is the district going to add to address increasing services? Current routes and field trips are not all able to be addressed so the growth plan for transportation needs to be well structured if the community is going to expect more services than are currently provided.
